Merry Christmas week! I feel like there are two types of people this week, you are either frantically running around to all the stores or is everything done and under your tree? Is that true? Let me know which one you are in the comments. I’ve been looking all over for a few presents still, but our breakfast for Christmas morning is set!
Sunshine Rings

Emily’s cute grandparents always made a sunshine rings for us, which is really just fancy cinnamon rolls. She cut almost all the way through and connected the ends to make a ring and called them sunshine rings because who doesn’t feel happy when they see one!
Gingerbread French Toast Bites

These literally take 15 minutes to make from start to finish and you can use a baguette to make them extra easy! We’re all looking for an easy breakfasts and easy cleanup and this takes the cake! Also the ginger makes it extra festive.
No Bake Powerballs

These No Bake Powerballs are super easy as a Christmas day (or any day) snack. Make them before hand and pull them out for Christmas breakfast, and thank yourself later when your kids aren’t bouncing off the walls from just eating sugar.
Traditional Christmas Quiche

This is the perfect combination of eggs, ham, and cheese. This is an easy recipe to make before the kids get up and throw it in the oven before opening presents.
Crepes

If you’ve followed us for a while, you know how much we love crepes! These are so quick and easy and you can prepare your fruit beforehand so you just pull it all out of the fridge and serve it. And get some healthy sugar into your kids to help stave off the sugar high of the candy.
German Pancakes

Another favorite recipe is these German Pancakes. Once again easy to make and throw into the oven before the kids get up.
Hearty Hash Brown Omelette

A family favorite recipe, with an easy way to sneak in extra veggies for your kids. There are also a lot of elements that you can prepare beforehand to make it simpler for Christmas morning.
Churro French Toast Bites

These are so yummy and taste like cake, which is always a good thing! Emily made these for my birthday one year and it made me fall in love with her all over again!
