What a wild week we’ve had, from tracking down and trying a bunch of new drinks, to having our workout class with Wilma launch, to finally being able to share about Beddy’s new product! It’s been a great week! I love weeks like this when I just get to talk about all the things I love and share them all with you! I also have been trying to make more conscious decisions while eating and a friend challenged me to eat no candy this week, so I can’t wait until next week when I can indulge a little bit and have a couple of pieces here and there! I don’t like doing a diet where I am limited to eating foods, but sometimes it’s a great reminder to think about what is going into your body and not to grab a candy every time you walk past the candy bowl.
I have being waiting to show you these amazing updated sheets from Beddy’s! I always get asked if we could only pick the minky or cotton set, which would I pick. And it was so hard to answer that question, because they are both fabulous! I’ve been driving all over northern Utah in order to get two drinks this week. First the White Monster with the white lid. I was told it tastes different, and it does! I don’t understand! And the second is the Lime Slushie flavor from Alani. If you are a fan of lime, you are going to love this flavor. It was worth driving to get both! Have you tried either of these? We took the kids to see the movie Goat this week and accidentally saw it in 3D, which made it harder to fall asleep, even though I still did. We all really liked it and it was fun to see the movie during basketball season!

My sister-in-law also told me I needed to try these Bonsai sparkling water drinks, and they are AMAZING! We got ours from Smith’s, but you can get them from Amazon here.
