I kept seeing these trompe l’oeil dessert taste tests all over TikTok and Reels and thought, there’s no way we have something like that here…right?
Well apparently we do!
So I headed to fillings.and.emulsions in Salt Lake City to try them for myself–and honestly these desserts are wild. They look like one thing…but taste like something completely different. Your brain is confused, your taste buds are happy, and suddenly you’re questioning everything you know about dessert.
