Life lately has been a mix of health progress, fun opportunities, and a few things I’m really excited to share. From continuing my journey to better understand and manage my testosterone levels, to getting back into the rhythm of recording the podcast, packing to head to Arizona for the weekend and even having the chance to teach Mahjong to a huge group, here’s a little recap of everything going on lately!
A few years ago I started digging into something that I had been struggling with for a long time–low testosterone. My numbers were LOW, and it explained a lot: energy levels, recovery, focus…things just weren’t clicking the way they should have been.
This has honestly been about a 12 year journey of trying to understand what works best for my body. It hasn’t been about shortcuts, it’s been about learning, tracking, and doing things the right way.
