What a week, from digging through clothes at D.I. to volunteering at school to prepping for Halloween, we’ve been doing a little bit of everything this week.
My friend Keelee and I have been talking about going thrifting for YEARS, but I am not patient enough to go and dig through all the clothes to find a “treasure”. Was it for me? Probably not, but I love that other people love it and have found gems while thrifting! It also pushed me out of my comfort zone, which is an important thing to do as a human. Emily and I also celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary! I don’t know how we got to this point, but I absolutely LOVE doing life with Emily!!! Love you!

We had a pretty typical week, voice lessons, getting their kids to their one hundred and one activities, daily walks, and eating our favorite Beehive Meals. It’s the last month to get their soup menu, and we love the soups, so don’t sleep on that! And don’t forget to use the code moderndad at checkout for an extra discount!

Looking back on the week, I’m reminded how full life can be—in the best way. From stepping out of my comfort zone at D.I. to celebrating 13 amazing years with Emily, helping out at the school, and juggling all the kids’ activities, it’s been nonstop, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Thanks for being part of our life—now let’s bring on the cooler weather, more hot chocolate, and yes…maybe even some early Christmas shopping.
