There is nothing I love more than an honest review! Items that enhance, help and solve life’s problems are my favorite things. So here it is, our tried and true favorite Amazon purchases of 2025!

3D Printer

Last year one of our kids came home every week with a new 3D printed purchase. He was obsessed. So during the summer we purchased a 3D printer and now he is the one making money. He has 3D printed sales like a lemonade stand and has been thrilled to have a little business. We have printed a lot of wild things but the fact that he is initiating everything, makes us the happiest. It is fairly small, easy to use and has been a device the whole family uses. If you’re looking for a 3D printer, here are the recommendations that we received from so many of you. This is the one we purchased, the A1 mini Bamboo printer.

 

 

Mouse House Bookshelf

If you know us, you know we have a little obsession with Maileg mice. We had one for Olive and Alice was feeling left out. So I found this affordable bookshelf on Amazon, wallpapered it with Modpodge and filled it with mice. It is a darling addition to Alice’s room and will be easy to convert to a bookshelf if she ever out grows the house. It was easy to put together and has held up amazingly.

 

 

Box Cutter

I don’t know about you, but we get a lot of boxes at our house. This electric box cutter has been a total game changer! It breaks down boxes so quickly and puts the fun into that horrible job. This was Jason’s favorite purchase of the year.

 

 

Brita Water Dispenser

This water dispenser is the most used item in our home. It is easy for the kids to use and quick to fill. It fits perfectly in our fridge and gets used several times a day. If your fridge doesn’t have a water dispenser, this is the best solution!

 

Puzzle Board

My family would say that this is the most used item for me, it’s probably true. I was hesitant to get a puzzle board but have loved it and always have a puzzle ready to finish on it. I love that it swivels, so I can quickly rotate where I’m working. It has four drawers that can be used for storing/sorting pieces. I love separating them out so I can easily see every piece. Emma Lion Books

This is one of my favorite reads of the year! Emma Lion has quickly become one of my favorite people. She brings laughter and joy to the most tragic of circumstances. It is a story of friendship and connection. It will leave you laughing and crying. I feel like I just joined a friendship club and want to be right in the action with Emma and her friends. 

I finished the physical books and then in August she released the audible version of books 1-8. There will be more books in the series (24 total) but only the first eight are available right now. I’m hopeful they’ll come out quick! If you’re looking for a good investment and an instant friendship, you have to purchase the whole series.

 

 

Fitbit Ace/ Kid’s watch

Everyone wants to know where their kids are and be able to get a hold of them when we need to. We have been thrilled with our Fitbit Ace! The three oldest have them. They do movement challenges, can communicate with one another, and I can always track where they are. You purchase the watch and then pay for the plan through google. Easy peasy! If you’re looking for something to help make your life easier, this was one of our favorite purchases.

 

Vibration Plate

I was totally influenced on this one! I saw someone get it and immediately put it in my cart. Once it arrived, Jason thought I was a total weirdo and to be honest, I felt like one too. But I have used it every single day since I bought it and can’t live a day without it. I have noticed an ease of stress, lymphatic drainage, muscle relaxation, and a thrill of mastering a daily habit. If you’re looking to up your morning habits, here is a list of all the things we have in our home gym. Let’s get started!

 

 

Foot Massager

Last Christmas my brother brought this to our home and we immediately were hooked. We purchased it that night and have used it daily ever since. The kids fight over it and I love feeling the heat and pressure that comes with each massage. We even bought one for my cute 93 year old grandma. She loves it!

 

Battery Operated Candles

This has been one of the best home purchases! I love using candles in my home decor but get nervous about fires. These candles go on with the click of a button and give the best ambiance to every room. I often add them to my mantel decor or on my dining room table. We have used them for wedding receptions and baby showers. The possibilities are endless!

 

The Ultimate Bag

I purchased this bag in a pink/red stripe in the summer. It was my go to bag the whole season. It fits everything! towels, goggles, toys, and even treats. Then when fall came around I purchased the olive green color. It has been my favorite bag of the season, winter gear, sweatshirts for games, and even gifts for a party. If you need a bag that is larger than life, then this is it!
