Most people do their big closet clean out during Spring for their Spring cleaning. I on the other hand love doing it just after Christmas. It’s my Christmas clean out.
Every year for Christmas I get lots of new clothes and with my birthday in January I get even more clothes. I just love getting new clothes I guess. So for me it just makes sense to say out with the old and in with the new.

I like to do a few things to make this clean out easier:
1. Switch the seasons. I am not going to be wearing shorts during the winter. I switch the shorts for sweaters and make sure it’s all visible. I put all my summer and spring wear in my dresser drawers and make sure what I am going to wear this season visible so I know everything I have to wear.
