Finding simple dinner ideas my kids will love is a daily struggle. Constantly I am looking on Pinterest for ideas that would not only satisfy their needs for food, but also my needs and cravings. We are obsessed with pizza and making it at home. This is always a fun thing to do with kids. But it can also be quite messy and time consuming. Thankfully I have found the recipe that is simple, delicious and totally kid friendly. I bring you, pizza pinwheels.
We are getting ready for preschool and sports to be happening in our home. That means we will be running around dropping off, picking up and needing a quick meal. What I love about these pizza pinwheels is that they are quick and so delicious.
Having kids makes life busy and you tend to forget to have dinner ready. I personally am completely fine with a dinner that I can quickly put together after work and throw in the oven. As a parent, you shouldn’t always expect your spouse to have dinner ready because they have been home all day with the kids.
Being home all day with kids is a lot of work. It gets exhausting, especially when a toddler that always wants to be moving is involved. Having this recipe in our collection is perfect because it’s a go to when there is nothing else to eat.
Personally, I think I could eat pizza every day of my life and thankfully my kids are exactly the same. They love it and they completely love these pinwheels. I love that they are easy for grab and go, making on the go life a little easier.
So give them a try. Let me know what you think and what your favorite toppings were when you tried them out. Enjoy!
