Ingredients
- • 1 cup Food Club sugar
- • 1 cup Food Club corn syrup
- • 1 cup peanut butter
- • 7 cups crisped rice cereal
- • 6 oz. Food Club chocolate chips
- • 6 oz. Food Club butterscotch chips
Instructions
- 1. Combine peanut butter, sugar, and corn syrup over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is well combined and loose.
- 2. Place cereal in a large mixing bowl. Pour hot peanut butter mixture over cereal, and stir to coat.
- 3. Press into a 9x13 pan.
- 4. Place chocolate and butterscotch chips in a microwave safe bowl, and melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted.
- 5. Pour melted chips over cereal mixture, spreading to frost evenly.
- 6. Cool completely before serving. (I like to let them chill in the refrigerator.)
