Your high protein fast food orders surprised me!!!
It was funny because when I saw the suggestions the things that kept popping up were bowls!

So we went with three bowls from three places:
Chipotle high protein bowl: 64 G protein
Zupas hot honey cottage cheese bowl: 40 G protein
Cubby’s bender bowl: 35 G protein
They all were so good and actually very different from one another.
The cheapest one is Chipotle and it’s even cheaper if you don’t do high protein (double meat).
And Cubby’s was the most expensive but also the biggest. They do offer a half size, which I should have done.
Nonetheless, these were great and I’d probably order them again.
There were so many awesome suggestions that I wanted to share them!
- Chick-Fil-A 12 grilled nuggets, small mac & cheese, one BBQ sauce, mix all together: 49.5 G protein
- Chick-Fil-A chicken wrap
- Chick-Fil-A chef salad with grilled nuggets, blue cheese, and light Italian dressing (half)
- Chick-Fil-A chicken tortilla soup, 8 count grilled nugget, combine in a larger bowl: 50 G protein
- Chick-Fil-A 12 count grilled nugget meal: 38 G protein
- Chick-Fil-A 12 grilled nuggets, kale salad, mix together with one buffalo sauce
- Chick-Fil-A side salad, add eggs, bacon, and pickles, with an eight piece nugget
- Chick-Fil-A cobb salad with extra chicken, change dressing to lower calories
- Cubby’s Tri Tip Salad
- Cubby’s kids franky four fingers w/sweet potato fires and a diet coke
- Zupas southwest protein bowl
- Chipotle do a bowl instead of a burrito and cut out the carbs of a tortilla, also less rice & beans
- Chipotle has a cup of protein, chicken or steak
- Chipotle double high protein bowl, but add queso on top!
- Mo’Bettahs brown rice, grilled chicken, and cabbage
- Mo’Bettahs chicken/steak and sub veggies in place of rice
- Mo’Bettahs mini plate with double teriyaki chicken or steak, brown rice, veggie side
- Aubergine rio bowl sub steak instead of chicken
- Cafe Rio cup of steak, side of lime, jalapeño, optional sour cream and cheese, only $5!
- Panda Express grilled teriyaki chicken, broccoli beef, half white rice, half super greens
- In n Out 3×3
- In n Out double cheeseburger protein style, no tomato–this is a favorite, it was mentioned multiple times!
- In n Out flying dutchman grilled onion wrap–this is a favorite, it was mentioned multiple times!
- Del Taco bean and cheese burrito with red sauce
- McDonald’s sausage egg McMuffin double egg, double sausage
- Zao chicken teriyaki bowl packed with a ton of veggies
- Zao bowl half rice, extra broccoli, double chicken, teriyaki corn, carrots, pickled onions
- Taco Time burrito bowl, extra chicken, no sauce, add salsa fresca
- Tville nutrition protein bowls
- Mac Shack double cheeseburger, no bun
- Subway ham, turkey, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, salt, pepper, KEY–extra mayo!
