Chia Seed Pudding – My New Obsession

Chia seeds are packed with more than I could ever imagine: more calcium than milk, more antioxidants than blueberries and more Omega-3 than Salmon. How do they pack so much in such a little seed? The texture of chia seeds takes a little getting used to, but they are a great protein-packed addition to many recipes because of their ability to thicken and gel, so why not make chia seed pudding.

Chia Seed Pudding – My New Obsession by The Modern DadChia seed pudding is a simple and delicious way to easily get the benefits of chia seeds. It takes minutes to make and has enough protein and nutrients to be a quick, on-the-go breakfast option. I get it though, you’re thinking there is no way these things could be good. Jason is out of his mind! I mean, that’s a given, but seriously this is the yummiest, healthier treat I have ever made. You will be amazed when you try it yourself.
