When I am trying to be healthier in my life I am all or nothing. Well, it’s time to be all again because I am getting a little out of hand. I was doing great with vitamins, running/exercising and eating right – then summer happened. It’s time to get back on the wagon.
I was having the hardest time trying to be healthy because I was going to the gym/CrossFit at 5:00 am every morning. This made me exhausted and when I would get home from work I was too tired to play with my own kids. Then, my FitBit battery died and if I’m not being tracked, what’s the point right?
Fortunately I have found three simple ways to overcome all this and jump back on the wagon. Here are my favorite things for healthy living:

Running with the BOB: When we were getting our stroller I had to get a BOB because I wanted to run with the kids outside in the amazing neighborhood that we live in. I haven’t taken that thing out for over a year and I hate myself for it. I always complain that I don’t workout as much because I hated all the time away from the kids, but putting one of them in the stroller and going for a run is better than sitting on the couch watch Bachelor in Paradise (just kidding, nothing is better than that).
Growing up I always knew that to have a healthy lifestyle was done by taking my vitamins, staying active and eating right is all I needed to do. For some reason the complete opposite is so much better. I am just glad to have adult chewable vitamins to have so I can enjoy them with my son enjoying his.
