There is nothing like a little friendly competition to celebrate the holiday season right? RIGHT!
Well, my wife and I had heard about a friend that lost 60 pounds just from wearing a pedometer and trying to walk at least 10,000 steps a day. Clearly this sparked our interest. All I thought was, “If I can lose weight just for walking around a ton and don’t have to change my eating habits too much, I would be totally fine with that.”
