Church is hard with little kids. Their patience is less than mine, which is rare, and they can only stay focused for so long. My wife, having been a teacher, knew exactly what we need to be taking to church to keep our kids interested, but also focusing on what’s important. Therefore I give you the perfect church bag.
We have had our fair share of church bags and they have all served their purpose: treats, activities, toys, books, etc. But when we had a talk where they wanted us to keep our attention on the Savior we thought, “Maybe this is a time we can teach our kids what’s important and help them learn a little at church too.”
Creating a bag that carries stuff for everyone is easier for us. Now we don’t need to take the diaper bag, scripture bags or anything else. We just grab the one bag and we are out the door and know that we have all we need for the next three hours. We just wanted something that would keep our kids focused on what’s important, but it doesn’t have to all be church related.
