Look, I’m not gonna lie to you. The 17 Day Diet isn’t always the easiest. The reason I love it is because it’s all laid out on what I can and can not eat, it switches every 17 days, and I am dropping weight like crazy. I hate it because I get sick of eating the exact same thing every single day. The great part is though, you can eat the same things all the time, but you can mix them up to make them taste amazing.
This diet has worked wonders for me. I really have loved it, but I am no 17 Day Diet specialist. If you have any questions I would just go buy the book and follow it like the bible.
I figured that I would share one of my favorite recipes with you and let you know, it is easy. You can do it! This isn’t just a diet, it is a lifestyle change and after a while you really will get used to everything you have to eat. You need to think of new ways to eat the things that you can and enjoy the many choices that opens up.
Looking in the fridge I thought, I’m over the plain old head of lettuce, chicken, and dressing. There is so much more that you can add to it. Here is what I put together, so try it today. You’ll be amazed at the different combinations you can create.
It’s as simple as adding:
A head of romaine
Rotisserie chicken from Costco
Shredded Parmesan cheese
Then add any fat free dressing you’d like. My personal favorite, Culinary Treasures Organic White Balsamic Citrus Basil from Costco. Goes with everything!
