Growing up, my mom always would go that extra mile to make sure that our birthday cake was special and made it just for you. I can’t tell you how many times she made me a Snoopy cake, my sister would always get a heart cake (being a February birthday) and she would do a really great Halloween cake for my nephew.
When it comes to birthdays it’s the cake that really get most excited. Now my mom now has a hard time trying to make them like she used to. That being said, I knew I would never be able to replace her work and so I had to get something completely different and out of the norm from what I usually do.
This made me want to find a cake that was taken to a whole new level.

Well, I had been following her on Instagram for a while and decided that I needed to reach out and have her make my 33rd birthday cake.
Erin was able to make the perfect cake for my 33rd birthday by mixing yellow cake, salted caramel filling and butter cream frosting.
I loved the idea of having an ombré of gray to white because I am not quite over the hill, but getting there.
Then you don’t want to have a sad looking cake, so she added gold glittered 33 on the top because I love gold.
If you are living in Utah County or Even Salt Lake County (like me) she is worth it. Erin will make your birthday cake dreams come true and it will also taste amazing.
